The Century 21 Elite Leasing department began in 2012, with the intent of helping a renter find a home to rent and/or a home owner find a renter for their rental property.  They have grown to provide a valuable full serve property management  department to oversee the day-to-day operations that come with leasing properties.  Services include advertising the home, screening perspective tenants, lease signings, maintenance, home inspections, collecting rental payments, and keeping  records.
